Raley's in Scottsdale is seeking an Asst. Deli Team Lead in training to provide superior customer service and lead the deli/bistro team toward department goals.

Responsibilities include directing staff in the absence of the Team Leader, supervising food prep and merchandising, ensuring safety and sanitation, receiving merchandise, and maintaining clean work areas; must be 18, 21 for alcohol service; driving a positive, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in deli or grocery environment is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the deli team leader; meet department goals.
• Oversee preparation, serving, and merchandising of deli/bistro items.
• Rotate items, monitor pricing, signage and shelf tags to ensure quality and display.
