Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age; 21 for any position that serves alcohol.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong safety and sanitation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the Deli Team Leader and meet department goals.
• Oversee preparation, serving and merchandising of deli/bistro items.
• Display and rotate merchandise following deli/bistro guidelines.
• Monitor product pricing, signage and shelf labeling to maintain standards.
• Keep counters, prep areas, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Operate slicers, ovens, and other equipment safely.
• Take customer orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
