Raley's is seeking an Asst. Deli Team Lead to support a high-performing Deli/Bistro team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, supervise staff in the Team Lead's absence, and ensure quality, safety, and efficient operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

Responsibilities include directing merchandising, rotating deli items, and maintaining clean, stocked, and compliant work areas while providing product knowledge and a positive community-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21 years or older for positions serving alcohol.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Oversee deli/bistro food preparation and merchandising.
• Rotate and display deli items following guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized counters and storage areas.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
