Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the deli team leader and coordinate with store leadership.
• Oversee preparation, service, and display of deli/bistro items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Showcase deli products following merchandising guidelines and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Rotate inventory to maintain quality, safety, and shrink control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and company policies.
• Receive merchandise, audit invoices, and manage stock levels and storage areas.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
