Raley's is seeking a Deli/Bistro Team Lead to direct the deli department and supervise personnel in a fast-paced store environment. You will focus on merchandising, sales and customer service goals while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires prior food service management experience and the ability to onboard and coach new team members, coordinate ordering, and maintain stock levels. You will interact with customers and support daily operations.

• Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards and safety practices.

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with the store director.
• Onboard and coach new team members.
• Order products and supplies to maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers with smiles, information, and selling suggestions.
• Oversee preparation, serving and merchandising of deli/bistro items.
• Rotate items, ensure quality, safety and shrink control.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed by department staff.
• Process cash transactions, provide correct change, and manage pricing.
• Keep counters, prep areas, shelves and coolers clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
