ROC is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to oversee daily deli operations in a busy convenience store, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and fresh product presentation. You will prepare weekly staff schedules, train team members, manage inventory and orders, and keep the deli menu up to date while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure to maintain a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Knowledge of retail management and people management is a plus.
• Familiarity with store operations, merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily deli operations to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Prepare weekly team schedules and train employees.
• Maintain deli appearance and product presentation.
• Manage food inventory and orders; update menu as needed.
