This role emphasizes strong communication, inventory control, ordering and menu upkeep, while modeling excellent customer interaction and teamwork in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of retail management and people management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily deli operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare weekly team schedules and train employees.
• Maintain deli appearance and product presentation to standards.
• Manage food inventory and place orders as needed.
