Job summary

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must meet company performance standards for the job including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at start of shift and prepare duties.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Operate deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese equipment as trained.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, cases, floors, and counters.
• Prepare and display sandwiches, pizzas, and other deli items per SOP.
• Assist customers and portion deli items as needed.
• Prepare grab-and-go items and manage meat/chicken preparation.
• Follow SOPs for cooking, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain organized sales floor coolers and stock rooms.
• Plan weekly circular ads.
