Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; retail experience and supervisory background preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership capability and experience in retail management systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily department operations in a retail store and ensure staffing and training.
• Order and maintain inventory with freshness and quality procedures.
• Review received products and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Manage a team for stocking, production, and quality assurance, including spoiled items.
• Communicate promotions and sales features; develop department goals.
• Plan schedules, labor, overtime, and payroll; monitor costs.
• Enforce food safety and safety guidelines and take corrective actions.
• Lead performance management, staffing, training, and career development.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and adapt to additional responsibilities.
