Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in retail systems and MS Office.
• Bilingual abilities desirable based on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations in a retail store.
• Order and maintain inventory; verify received products for quality and accuracy.
• Manage a team handling stocking and product rotation; ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve department goals and forecasts.
• Manage schedules, labor, and payroll; maintain a clean, attractive environment.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance, and career development of associates.
• Participate in meetings and monitor department forecasts and objectives.
