Key Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory, applying control procedures for freshness and quality.
• Review and validate received products, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Manage a team responsible for stocking, production, and quality assurance, including handling spoiled/damaged items.
• Maintain product knowledge, including promotions and sales features.
• Implement and communicate flight plans, manage scheduling, labor, overtime, and payroll.
• Ensure food safety and safety guidelines are always followed, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Develop department goals, monitor forecasts, and participate in meetings at various levels.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department following company standards.
• Lead performance management, staffing, training, and career development of associates.
• Contribute to achieving company KPIs and adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.
