Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily deli operations including preparation, service, and sales.
• Support Deli Manager in scheduling and labor cost management.
• Oversee inventory ordering, receiving and stocking to minimize waste and maximize profits.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Lead and train deli staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Mentor team members and drive merchandising and sales initiatives.
