Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leadership in chain retail deli or restaurant management.

• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• POS literacy and computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and clean workstation practices.
• Train and mentor deli staff, promote teamwork and excellence.
• Implement merchandising strategies to boost sales and profits.
