Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv-Safe or similar certification.
• Minimum 2 years leadership in chain retail deli or restaurant management.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Inventory management knowledge.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily deli operations including food prep, service and sales.
• Support scheduling and labor cost management.
• Oversee inventory ordering, receiving and stocking.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train and develop deli staff; mentor team.
• Assist in merchandising strategies to boost sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor P&L and identify improvement opportunities.
