Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department and supervise staff to meet merchandising, sales and guest service goals.

In this role you will recruit, onboard and coach team members, schedule shifts, handle guest orders, maintain safety and sanitation, manage inventory, and ensure products are prepared and displayed according to guidelines. Weekend and evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting goals and communicating with store management.
• Schedule all team members and onboard/coaching new hires.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely, satisfactory completion.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, display, and merchandising.
• Manage inventory, invoices, and stock levels.
• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate pricing.
