Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to oversee the deli and food service department. The role involves directing staff, coaching new team members, scheduling, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing inventory, processing transactions, and upholding food safety guidelines. This position requires weekend/evening flexibility and prior fresh food experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in managerial role.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department's goals and objectives.
• Select, on-boarding and coaching all new team members.
• Schedule all team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
• Oversee deli/food service items and merchandising compliance.
• Receive merchandise, audit invoices, and manage inventory counts.
• Process cash transactions and manage pricing and signage.
