Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct and supervise all activities in the deli and food service department, ensuring merchandising, sales and guest service goals are met.

Key duties include onboarding and coaching new team members, scheduling, taking guest orders, ensuring safety and sanitation, managing inventory, and maintaining quality and pricing while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and achieve goals; communicate with store management.
• Schedule all team members and onboard/coaching new hires.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely completion to guest satisfaction.
