Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor / Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department, overseeing staff and operations to meet merchandising, sales and guest service goals.

You will manage onboarding, scheduling, customer interactions, product preparation and displays, while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines and quality standards. Weekend/evening flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and communicating with store management.
• On-board and coach new team members; schedule all team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure on-time completion to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per regulations and policy.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, display, and rotation of products.
