Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 3+ years in a management role in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on quality control, food safety, and inventory management.
• Understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: recognize guests’ needs and make them feel valued.
• Lead and Develop Your Team: train, support, and inspire deli kitchen staff for high performance.
• Ensure High-Quality Standards: monitor recipe execution, shrinkage, and food quality.
• Oversee Deli Operations: manage inventory, place orders, ensure rotation and temperature control.
• Collaborate and Encourage Teamwork: foster a positive team environment with store and Support Office staff.
• Drive Production Decisions: analyze weekly movement to meet guest demand without excess.
• Ensure Department Cleanliness and Organization: keep areas sanitized and organized.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
