You will manage inventory, ensure food safety, and guide production decisions to meet guest demand. This role offers daytime shifts, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail grocery, restaurant, fast food, or food service.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and team in fast-paced environments.
• Strong focus on quality control, food safety, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and ability to apply safety training on the job.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by recognizing and responding to guests’ needs.
• Lead and develop deli kitchen associates through training, support, and coaching.
• Maintain high quality standards in recipe execution, shrinkage, and presentation.
• Oversee deli operations: inventory management, vendor orders, rotation and temperature control.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff and store offices.
• Analyze weekly movement reports to adjust production levels.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment complying with safety standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
