Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism and care.
• Lead and coach the Deli Kitchen associates, reinforcing Festival culture and performance expectations.
• Support operational excellence by assisting with labor, expenses, stock, and quality control.
• Ensure product quality and freshness through recipe control, measurement accuracy, rotation and dating.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and address concerns or inquiries.
• Foster career development by guiding staff on growth paths and training.
• Collaborate across departments on supplies, inventory and rotation for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety through sanitation of work areas and logs.
• Honor commitments with regular attendance and advance notice for replacements.
• Support the team and perform additional duties as assigned.
