Job summary

PCC Community Markets is seeking a Deli Helper to deliver friendly customer service at the deli counter and assist with food preparation and packaging. You will also clean and handle merchandising, ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

Role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and the ability to work in a fast-paced deli environment. Washington Food Worker Card is required. Starting wage is $17.63–$17.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous food preparation experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and strong communication.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs regularly


• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
