Job summary

Call Your Mother Deli in West Chester, PA is seeking a General Manager to run daily operations, lead a team, and drive profitability. You will oversee kitchen and front-of-house, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold CYM’s values and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Expected to manage P&L, schedule staff, and maintain food quality while traveling between CYM locations as needed. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, and scheduling.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Highly organized with attention to details.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain guest focus.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable traveling between CYM locations in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the shop from opening to close, ensuring high standards.
• Proactively solve problems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead supervisors and staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and CYM’s BIG V.I.B.E.S.
• Collaborate with supervisors to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Maintain operational standards with checklists, recipes, and CYM systems.
