Job summary

Call Your Mother Deli is hiring a General Manager based in Miami to oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive profitability. You’ll ensure hospitality excellence and maintain CYM’s standards across shifts.

We seek 1–2 years of restaurant management, strong P&L skills, ServSafe certification, and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style. Weekend availability is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, scheduling, and training.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Organized and detail-oriented; balances cost control with guest experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day shop operations from opening to close.
• Lead supervisors and team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, budgeting for food and beverages.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff; coach for performance.
• Create efficient schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Move between CYM locations as needed to support operations.
