You will mentor team members, schedule shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and ensure proper use of equipment; previous fresh foods experience and Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.

• Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and communicating with store management.
• Schedule all team members.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, merchandising and safety.
• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure inventory, ordering, and equipment use comply with policies.
