You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members; supervise safety, inventory, and cash handling; and maintain product quality and department standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in a management role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Aufgaben

• Direct department personnel and coordinate with store management.
• On-board and coach new team members and schedule staff.
• Engage with customers and provide product information and suggestions.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Order products and manage inventory to maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, display and pricing.
• Handle cash transactions and POS operations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
