The role requires coordinating shifts, training new hires, and maintaining inventory and merchandising standards to deliver exceptional guest service. Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and communicate with store management.
• Schedule all team members and onboard new staff.
• Provide product information and selling suggestions to guests.
