Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead in Massachusetts to oversee the deli and food service department. You will direct staff, coach new team members, and ensure orders are completed to guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and product quality.

The role also covers inventory, merchandising, and daily paperwork, with flexible shifts including weekends. Strong leadership and prior fresh foods experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of prior fresh foods experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and meet department goals.
• On-board, coach and schedule all team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely, satisfactory completion.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and product quality standards.
• Oversee inventory, merchandizing, and display of deli items.
• Process cash transactions and manage pricing accuracy.
