Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Fresh Foods Supervisor to direct the deli/food service department and staff, ensuring goals of merchandising, sales and customer service are met. Requires at least 2 years in fresh foods management and a love for food and customers.

Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling, coaching, customer engagement, and strict adherence to food safety guidelines, with a focus on accurate pricing and inventory control. 18+ with valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of fresh foods management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the deli/food service department and staff to meet goals.
• On-board and coach new team members and schedule shifts.
• Engage customers with friendly service and product information.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
• Order products and maintain stock and merchandising levels.
• Oversee prep, service, and display of deli items.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper safety equipment.
• Process cash register transactions and operate scales.
