• High School Education or equivalent; 5+ years of leadership experience (2+ years in a managerial role) preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• WI Certified Food Manager License (cost covered by Festival Foods) required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and reinforce Festival Foods culture and performance expectations.
• Provide thorough and consistent training for deli associates; manage staff schedules and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and monitor staffing levels; partner with HR for staffing plans.
• Oversee deli labor goals, inventory, pricing accuracy, and vendor orders for special items.
• Address guest concerns and ensure exceptional service while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Manage gross profit, shrink control, safety compliance, and policy adherence.
• Prepare coaching sessions, performance reviews, and maintain attendance records.
