The role reports to the Senior Fresh Manager and involves training staff, scheduling, inventory and pricing control, and upholding safety standards in a welcoming environment. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and company policies.

• Lead, train, and coach deli staff to meet performance expectations.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard deli teammates; manage staffing levels.
• Oversee labor goals, inventory, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed with exceptional service.
• Manage gross profit, shrink, and enforce safety policies.
• Prepare coaching sessions and maintain attendance records.
• Ensure regular attendance and timely coverage for shifts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
