Job summary

Festival Foods in Appleton, WI seeks a Deli Assistant Department Manager - PM to lead the deli team and drive guest satisfaction. You will help manage labor, training, and operations while ensuring high standards of service and食品 safety in a busy grocery deli.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, knowledge of retail food operations, and ServeSafe certification (paid by Festival if needed). Full-time, with night/weekend shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager in achieving labor goals and gross profit objectives.
• Lead, coach, and reinforce Festival culture and guest service standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain inventory levels, correct pricing, and manage special orders.
• Collaborate on performance reviews and interview new associates.
• Ensure food safety logs and procedures are followed.
• Provide training to associates after 30/60/90 days.
