Festival Foods in Onalaska, WI invites a motivated leader to join as a Deli Assistant Department Manager. This role focuses on guiding deli operations, staff scheduling, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced grocery deli setting.

You will develop your team, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with management to meet labor and performance goals. A strong emphasis on training and mentor-ship drives daily success.

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification is required (Festival will cover the cost if not certified).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of deli and perishable department operations; safety standards.

• Lead and schedule deli staff; manage labor goals.
