Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established standard practices.
• In the absence of the department manager, manage department operations per guidelines.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Recognize and coach associates delivering great service.
• Understand and use company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, ordering, and business information systems.
• Maintain communication with department, store manager, and organization.
• Maintain merchandising layouts and pricing compliance.
• Train assigned department associates.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards.
• Oversee department workflow and inventory control.
