Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Department Manager for store 08341 to lead assigned departments in Retail Operations. You will hire, train and coach associates, ensure quality standards and appearance, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will foster a positive environment, model strong customer service, and manage records, safety and compliance. A college degree or equivalent and food-safety accreditation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of store operations and merchandising.
• Experience leading and developing associates across departments.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and safety standards.
