Job summary

• Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated good judgement solving problems, making decisions and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across multiple departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred; must be accredited as Food Safety Manager or obtain accreditation within 90 days.
