Responsibilities

• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train associates on performance and participate in appraisals.
• Answer questions and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Inform and educate associates about promotions and store/department changes.
• Assist management with budgeting, expense control, and financial reports.
• Plan and organize inventory and CAO processes to ensure stock integrity.
• Maintain proper temperatures and safety procedures in all areas.
