You will oversee inventory control, ensure product freshness, and supervise stocking and production tasks to meet KPIs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for coaching associates and coordinating schedules.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with store leadership to achieve company goals across the department.

Formación

• Bachelor level of experience not required; strong leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates in a hands‑on environment.
• Proficient in basic bookkeeping and store operations systems.
• Spanish language skills may be desirable depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day department operations in a retail store.
• Ensure inventory is ordered, stocked, and rotated for freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for accuracy and proper storage.
• Supervise stocking, production, and related tasks to meet goals and KPIs.
• Assist with scheduling, labor control, and payroll expenses for the department.
• Support managers with staffing, training, and career development of associates.
• Participate in daily huddles and formal meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked department and follow food safety guidelines.
