Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language ability desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations and ensure staffing and training.
• Oversee inventory, validate orders, maintain freshness and rotate stock.
• Coach and develop associates; assist with scheduling and payroll control.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and ads; execute plans for promotions.
