Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare the required equipment and supplies.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Carry out deli, carryout, café, and cheese tasks and operate related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, and displays.
• Prepare and package sandwiches, pizzas, and deli items per SOP.
• Assist customers and portion deli products for display and sale.
• Stock products in department sales floor cases and organize coolers/freezers.
• Record temperature and sanitation logs and manage loss tracking.
