Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer in Poway, CA is hiring a Cook to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events. You will follow prep lists, execute NetMenu recipes, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe work areas, following HACCP and safety guidelines, and using slicers, mixers and processors as directed. Previous cooking experience or culinary education preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow production sheets and basic cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per prep lists and production sheets for meals and events.
