• Assist training new team members and cross-training high-potential talent.
• Assist in department scheduling to improve customer service and store profitability.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products and adherence to food safety standards.
• Lead in ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays where applicable.
• Support a diverse, inclusive environment and operate a register when needed.
