Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Achieve sales goals and manage P&L and shrink for the department.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure training completion and adherence to company standards.
