Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Ensure department ordering, receiving, preparation, and display follow policies and guidelines.
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
