Qualifications

• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or attend training within 90 days; accreditation maintained while employed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivation reflecting the Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Promote excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Role model outstanding, friendly customer service and utilize department knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering and care for supplies.
• Understand and use company tools and systems for scheduling, ordering, and reporting.
