Food Lion in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor to assist the deli team in daily operations, scheduling and training, and to help meet store budgets and customer service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of store operations, and commitment to food safety standards; the candidate will support a fast-paced retail environment at the Woodbridge store location.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for the role.
• Accredited as Certified Food Safety Manager or will train to achieve accreditation within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage labor and coach associates to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience with fast, friendly customer service.
• Use company tools and reports to monitor performance and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and maintain department safety and sanitation.
