Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Missouri is seeking a Coordinator to lead the department operations, manage daily ordering, receiving, stocking, and display to maximize profits while upholding food safety and cleanliness. Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet staffing needs.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by managing daily department operations including ordering, receiving, stocking and display to maximise profits.
• Maintains department cleanliness and adheres to food safety processes.
• Promotes training and development of department team and supports promotion decisions.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales, labor and margin goals and monitor KPIs.
