Fresh Thyme Market seeks a Coordinator to plan, direct and supervise daily operations for their department. You will manage scheduling, staffing, training and adherence to pricing, stock and safety standards while driving customer service and department performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote career paths and develop department teams; participate in promotions.
• Support disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Achieve department sales, labor, and margin goals (P&L).
• Ensure customer service is fast, friendly and accurate.
• Maintain backroom organization, stock, pricing and signage.
• Ensure food safety processes and department cleanliness.
