• Accreditation by National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar, or ability to achieve within first 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising the Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with the Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain enthusiastic customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure department appearance, quality, variety, safety, and sanitation are maintained.
