Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise associates.
• Oversee labor planning and coaching to meet productivity goals.
• Promote brand culture and provide leadership to store staff.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating targets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain department appearance, inventory accuracy and shopping experience.
